Privacy Policy

RIKEN Yokohama Branch gives due care to the proper use and handling of personal information as follows.

  5. 5. The Yokohama Branch specifies how personal information will be used, and uses that personal information only within the stated scope. Additionally, the Yokohama Branch does not retain any information beyond the stated scope of use.
  6. 6. To obtain proper data, the Yokohama Branch, in principle, gathers personal information directly from the individual. When such information is directly obtained by written means or the like, the Yokohama Branch specifies as clearly as possible the purpose of use for the information.
  7. 7. The Yokohama Branch endeavors to ensure that past and presently held personal information is in accord with the necessary scope required to achieve the purpose of use.
