We have been engaged in genome analysis using next-generation sequencers and have developed and implemented a variety of analytical methods in collaboration with staff members at the RIKEN Center for Integrative Medical Sciences. In addition, we have established a system capable of handling a wide range of data analyses through high-capacity servers and proprietary analysis pipelines. Leveraging this technical infrastructure, the Genomics and Transcriptomics Unit facilitates research within RIKEN while also supporting life science research projects outside RIKEN.
